Meet Gary! He is a 1-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix looking for a new home. Gary was turned in because a child in the home was allergic to him. He lived with two young kids and was great with them. His family had nothing but good things to say about him and he seems to be a very good-natured dog. Gary loves to play and has a lot of energy. He tested well with other dogs here. The honor of St. Patrick returned to its’ traditional home at St. Joseph and St. Patrick’s Church, the youth home parish of Saint Marianne Cope on Friday, March 17. For local Hibernians, the religious aspects of the celebration of the patron saint of Ireland is foremost in their observances and dozens of members of the Oneida County Ladies and Men’s Ancient Order of Hibernians were in attendance for the Mass. The principal celebrant was Rev. Tom Servatius, who was joined by Deacon Tim Foley, Rev. Jim Cesta, Rev. Joe Salerno, and Peg O’Toole, of the LAOH.
