Accused of attacking her neighbor with a pair of bolt cutters, a 37-year-old woman is facing a felony charge, according to law enforcement officials.
Police said Sarah Vaughn had been having ongoing disputes with an apartment neighbor at a residence on Ridge Street. Police said at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, Vaughn attacked the neighbor with a set of bolt cutters, hitting the man in the back and hip.
The victim suffered injuries, but was not hospitalized, authorities said.
Vaughn is charged with one count of felony second-degree assault, police stated. She was arraigned in court and was sent to county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. She is scheduled to reappear in court.
