Winter Health and Wellness classes going virtual at View

Posted

OLD FORGE — Due to masks mandates and the rise in COVID-19 cases, View will be moving all its in-person Health and Wellness programs online for the rest of the winter season.

These virtual classes will be held over Zoom and will still take place at their regularly scheduled time. “By using Zoom, our wonderful instructors will still be available for live feedback and encouragement,” View officials noted. “Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy, while still delivering quality health classes.”

Class packages include weekly or monthly payment options, giving everyone a choice to best fit their personal schedule. The current Health and Wellness classes will include:

-Morning Yoga With Pamela Rosenthal from 9-10 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays;

-Evening Yoga with Kristin Helmer from 5-6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays;

-Zumba with Liz Lorentzsen from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Mondays.

Upcoming: Morning Meditation with Annabelle Johnson from 8 - 8:30 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays starting in February.

For these classes, students need to register online to receive login information and class updates. If you had previously purchased a yoga punch card this fall, your card will carry over when we hope to be back in-person. For more information, or to register for our new virtual health classes, head to ViewArts.org/workshops and click on the Wellness box.
