Volunteers sought for exercise program in Utica


The Parkway Center, Memorial Parkway, Utica, is looking for volunteers to train to lead a StayYoung StrongBones exercise program.

Training has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 11 at 11:30 a.m. The program was developed at Tufts University and is designed to address specific age-related problems, health, wellness, and vibrant aging.

Those interested in volunteering should have the ability to lead mild exercises, speak loudly, and be dependable. For more information, contact the Parkway Center at 315-223-3973, ext. 114.
