It will be a free event that takes place under View’s new tent in the courtyard, just outside Gould Hall.

The series starts Thursday, July 30 with a performance by Alisha Kay Carstens playing acoustic folk, rock, and pop music. There will also be a special guest artist on a few songs. The following Thursday, Aug. 6, they will host Monk Rowe and John Hutson playing jazz, blues, and Rock N’ Roll, and on Aug. 13, Jerry Dee of Deeplex will perform reggae music.

The duo Nook & Crannie will entertain with the rocking sound of Bonnie Raitt, Springsteen, and Fleetwood Mac, torch singers like Patti Page and Rosemary Clooney, and classic country on Aug. 20. Jon Liebing will perform on Thursday, Aug. 27, and closing out the season on Sept. 3 will be Joe Bolton.

The performances are sponsored in part by Bank of Utica.
