Spring Break is coming soon and the Utica Zoo will be offering two different Spring Break Zoo Camps to keep learning minds active during break. Spring Break Zoo Camps are designed for learners in first-fourth grades and include animal meet and greets, enrichment projects, exploring the Zoo, crafts, and STEM based programs to learn about animals and their habitats.
The first Spring Break Zoo Camp will be held on Tuesday, April 16, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and will focus on Meadow and Grassland habitats and animals. Then, on Friday, April 19 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., will be “Barnyard Bash” where learners will meet and learn about a wide variety of barnyard animals.
Utica Zoo Spring Break Zoo Camps cost $30 for members and $35 for not-yet members. Pre-Registration is also required and may be done by contacting Kathleen McGill at email@example.com or 315-738-0472 extension 36.
