Upstate Cerebral Palsy has leased more than 30,000 square feet at 125 Business Park Drive at the Utica Business Park to consolidate its administrative functions, the organization announced Wednesday.
Executive Director Geno DeCondo said in a statement that many support departments are now at separate sites, including the current administrative office on Mary Street in Utica, and are outgrowing their spaces. The move will allow operations to benefit from being centralized under one room and from having streamlined operations creating work-flow and cost efficiencies.
The building is managed by Summit Realty Management, LLC. Dominic Pavia of Pavia Real Estate Services facilitated the lease of this space. The move is slated to begin summer 2019, following completion of building renovations. Upstate Cerebral Palsy Inc. provides a broad range of supports and programs for children and adults with special needs and their families.
