UTICA — Two teenagers have been identified and charged following the gang assault at Union Station in Utica early Sunday morning, according to the Utica Police Department. A third teenager remains at large.

Police said two 17-year-old males and one 14-year-old male attacked another man at Union Station on Main Street at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday, then fled in a dark-colored vehicle. The victim suffered severe injuries and was last listed in critical condition at a local hospital.

Utica Police shared security camera footage of the three suspects and said they were able to identify all three with help from the public.

One 17-year-old and the 14-year-old were taken into custody on Tuesday on one count each of first-degree gang assault, police said.

The other 17-year-old is still being sought, and police said he will be charged when found.

The identities of the three suspects have not been released due to their young ages, police said. They are scheduled to appear before Oneida County Family Court.
