WHITESTOWN — A motorcyclist and his passenger were hospitalized with severe injuries after they collided with another vehicle Commercial Drive Tuesday evening, according to the Whitestown Police Department.

Police said Hope Dimbleby, 23, of Whitestown, pulled out of the Symeon's Greek Restaurant parking lot shortly after 6 p.m. and made a left turn onto Commercial Drive, heading northeast. Police said her 2022 Honda was then struck by a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle, traveling southwest on Commercial Drive.

The motorcycle, operated by John Christmas, 40, of New York Mills, then crashed into a third vehicle, a 2014 Chevy, driven by Cherie Williams, 79, of New Hartford, which was traveling northeast, police said.

Christmas and his passenger, 32-year-old Krystal Tinajero, of New York Mills, both suffered severe injuries and were taken to the St. Elizabeth campus of the Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica for treatment, authorities stated.

No tickets have been issued so far. The crash remains under investigation.
