Turning Stone’s 7 Kitchens to offer brunch on weekends
VERONA — Turning Stone Resort Casino announced 7 Kitchens, its market-style buffet, will extend its dining experience to now offer brunch every weekend.
Developed by Turning Stone’s culinary team, 7 Kitchens’ brunch menu features a combination of classic buffet items and “action stations” where guests can watch chefs prepare food made to order, including an omelet station, a pancake and French toast station, a breakfast burrito station, and a French classic station among others.
Brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
7 Kitchens is Turning Stone’s newly redesigned eatery that combines artisan food with a contemporary design. With seating for more than 370 guests, Turning Stone officials said 7 Kitchens is Turning Stone’s largest restaurant.
“7 Kitchens’ unique dining experience redefines a traditional buffet,” officials said. “It is similar to eating at seven different restaurants, all under one roof. The extensive and diverse brunch and dinner menus appeal to every palate.”
7 Kitchens’ brunch stations:
- Breakfast burrito station: Potato, red bell pepper, onion, egg, cheese, burrito; with traditional toppings.
- Breakfast elegant classics station: Home fries, apple wood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, corned beef hash and more.
- Carving station: Roasted prime rib, roasted pit ham with horseradish cream sauce, beef gravy and au jus.
- Omelet stations: Fresh omelets made to order featuring fresh eggs, egg whites, spinach, peppers, onions, ham, tomato, mushrooms, feta, American, cheddar, provolone, home fries, bacon, breakfast sausage links.
- Pancake and French toast bar: Fresh made pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas foster sauce, fresh whipped cream, butter, and warm maple syrup.
- French classics station: Warm cheese blintz, house made quiche, classic bread pudding, monkey bread, with blueberry compote, warm apple compote, warm maple syrup.
7 Kitchens will continue to offer its dinner service every Thursday through Sunday. Features include Asian/dim-sum station; seafood station; comfort & carving station; Mexican and taco station; Italian station; antipasto station; and dessert station with sweets, pastries, pies and more - all made in-house by Turning Stone’s pastry team.
