CHITTENANGO — The Tribute Tree is a tradition at Clear Path for Veterans and provides the opportunity to honor or memorialize a loved one who is currently serving or who is a veteran.

Clear Path for Veteran's tree is illuminated as a symbolic reminder of family and friends who are currently serving or who have served; a white bulb to symbolize "In Memory Of" or "In Honor Of" and a red bulb to symbolize those Killed in Action.

Clear Path for Veterans is accepting donations for the Tribute Tree bulbs until Tuesday, Dec. 6. The tree will remain illuminated until early January 2023 in hopes that as a community, they will never forget the men and women who have served our country.

The names of all service members honored and remembered in 2022 will be read at our annual tree-lighting ceremony on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 5:30 p.m.
