Trespass, larcenies among December arrests in Herkimer
HERKIMER — The Herkimer Police Department announced the following recent arrests from December:
• Isabella M. Foti, 23, of Frankfort, was charged on Dec. 21 with petty larceny.
• Dnelo Munoz, 20, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 23 with second-degree trespass.
• Matthew D. Hunt, 39, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 23 with second-degree trespass, fourth-degree mischief, possession of burglar tools, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration.
• Deanna S. Dearo, 31, of Little Falls, was charged on Dec. 23 with petty larceny.
• Joshua W. Allen, 36, of Utica, was charged on Dec. 26 with third-degree burglary and petty larceny.
• Roger C. Keeler, 35, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 27 with one count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Joshua A. Hester, 21, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 29 with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.
• David E. Roberts, 18, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 29 with petty larceny.
• Elijah J. Wick, 30, of Herkimer, was charged on Dec. 30 with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree mischief.
