Trail Blazers routed in PGCBL home game against Jammers


BOONVILLE — The Adirondack Trail Blazers suffered a 19-5 home loss to the Jamestown Jammers on Tuesday night in Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League action.

The Trail Blazers scored all of their runs using a five-run eighth inning. Tyler Bruno, Bailey Collins, Lou Matarazzo, John Michael Boswell and Steffen Torgerson each had a RBI in the inning for Adirondack.

Kyle Cashman suffered the loss on the mound for the Trail Blazers after throwing five innings, allowing six runs on eight hits while issuing two walks and striking out two.

Adirondack falls to 8-11 on the season and returns to action on Thursday night as they host the Utica Blue Sox at 7:05.
