A time adjustment for the Rome school district’s ongoing “Grab & Go” food service meal distribution program for students was announced by the district. The distributions at all eight locations will be from 11 a.m.-noon.
The program, which is on Monday through Friday, provides breakfasts and lunches to all Rome district students free of charge.
Distribution locations include the district’s seven elementary schools plus the South Rome Senior Center which is at 112 Ridge St.
It aims to help provide relief during the COVID-19 situation.
The program at this point is scheduled to continue until Aug. 21, according to the school district.
