Three more charged in Madison County home invasion
HAMILTON — Three more teenagers have been charged following a home invasion and theft in Madison County, according to the New York State Police.
Kalo Baggling, 18, of Rochester; Tamiyah P. Penn, 18, of Rochester, and a 16-year-old male from Rochester, have all been charged with one count each of first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary — both class B felonies — for their involvement in the March 4 home invasion in Hamilton, state police said.
Previously charged were Emmanuel E. Brewer, 18, of Hamilton, and a 15-year-old male from Herkimer, troopers stated.
All five allegedly forced their way into a home on Eaton Street in Hamilton around 5:30 p.m. March 4, authorities said. They attacked the homeowner and stole several guns, a quantity of drugs, a video game console and some DeWalt brand tools, troopers said.
Baggling and Penn are scheduled to appear in court. The 16-year-old juvenile is scheduled to appear before Madison County Family Court. According to state police, the juvenile had been wearing an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet at the time of the home invasion because he is currently under the supervision of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
