Police said Theodore Presley III, 41; Johnathan Presley, 42, and Tanaia Graham, 36, sexually abused more than one young child between the years of 2012 and 2016. Police said the children ranged in age from 4 to 12 at the time of the abuse.

Following a lengthy investigation, authorities said evidence was presented to a grand jury and all three were indicted in late November. Warrants were issued for all three.

Theodore Presley was taken into custody in Watertown on Nov. 22 and is charged with two counts each of predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-2 felony, first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class B felony, and second-degree assault, a class D felony, authorities said. Johnathan Presley, 42, turned himself in to Oneida Police on Nov. 22 on one count each of predatory sexual assault against a child and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, police stated. He was arraigned in court and was sent to county jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $500,000 bond.

Graham was taken into custody in Syracuse on Wednesday, Dec. 7 on two counts of first-degree rape, a class B felony, authorities said. She was arraigned in court and was sent to county jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
