The City of Oneida wants to charge landlords $150 for inspections on their rental units, possibly cutting the cost to $75.

There should be no cost. Our property taxes are staggering. There should be no fee at all.

The City of Oneida should be inspecting houses that have not lived up to city codes. There are many homes in Oneida that need help. The homeowners should be fined if homes are not properly taken care of; it slashes the value of the homes that are in nice condition in their neighborhood.
