Thefts, trespassing among charges in Oneida this month

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Tavius A. Desantis, 30, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 18 for second-degree trespass.

• Sharon M. Hitchings, 55, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 18 for third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree possession of stolen property.

• A juvenile was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Aug. 18 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Trever R. Klein, 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 17 for trespass. He was also ticketed on Aug. 10 for third-degree trespass, and on Aug. 7 for third-degree trespass.

• Two juveniles were issued juvenile appearance tickets on Aug. 16 for third-degree mischief.

• Andrea C. Venturi, 30, of Blossvale, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 15 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• A juvenile was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Aug. 15 for second-degree harassment.

• Milik R. Brake, 24, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 15 with first-degree contempt, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and aggravated family offense.

• Alexis R. Weimer, 25, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 15 with obstructing governmental administration and second-degree harassment.

• Ronald L. Forbes, 33, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 12 for petty larceny.

• Amber M. Phelps, 32, of Cleveland, was picked up on an arrest warrant for petty larceny.

• Tanya J. Millington, 32, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant on Aug. 11 for third-degree trespass.

• David L. Gallagher, 29, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Aug. 11 for third-degree trespass.

• A juvenile subject was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Aug. 11 for fourth-degree mischief.

• Roger P. King, 51, of Durhamville, was issued appearance tickets on Aug. 11 for driving while ability impaired and suspended registration.

• David L. Gallagher, 30, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Aug. 10 for third-degree trespass and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• A juvenile subject was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Aug. 10 for criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.

• Two juvenile subjects were issued juvenile appearance tickets on Aug. 8 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Essence A. Reed, 19, of Syracuse, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Aug. 8 for third-degree tampering.

• Devin J. McDonald, 24, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Aug. 7 for second-degree harassment.

• Mark E. Wright, 62, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Aug. 6 for second-degree harassment.

• Noah C. Hopkins, 41, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 5 for petty larceny.

• Cameron W. Hurley, 20, of Rome, was charged on Aug. 5 for unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

• John E. Barnaby Jr., 30, of Lee Center, was charged on Aug. 5 for unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

• A juvenile subject was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Aug. 4 for arson second-degree, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief second-degree.
