ROME — A Rome teenager is accused of harassing another person throughout the day, including throwing a baseball bat at a vehicle, according to the Rome Police Department.

Police said Keyan Fancher, 18, of Rome, was harassing a person on East Dominick Street throughout the day on May 30, leading to multiple calls to law enforcement. By 11 p.m., police said the victim attempted to leave, and Fancher threw a baseball bat at the departing vehicle.

A warrant was issued for Fancher and he was taken into custody on Tuesday. Fancher is charged with one count each of second-degree harassment and fourth-degree mischief, police said. He is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court.
