SYLVAN BEACH  — The fifth annual Sylvan Verona Beach Resort Association Summer Boat Show & Sale will be held on the Village Green from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28.

The Summer Sylvan Beach Boat Show & Sale will showcase several new models of pontoon, power and sport boats, including cruisers, personal watercraft, and watercraft accessories. The show will feature a large regional selection of watercraft on display. There will also be a variety of vendors and entertainment as follows:

• Saturday and Sunday through show: The Wave 101.1 WMCR DJ in Bandstand
• Saturday at noon: The Happy Haggs Dance Troupe
• Saturday at 1 p.m.: CirqOvation show featuring Josh J. Superstar
• Saturday at 5 p.m.: CirqOvation show featuring Josh J. Superstar
• Sunday at noon: CNY Blues Brothers

“We are excited to bring our community our fifth annual Boat Show and Sale event,” said Dan Cifonelli, event chair. “We are a boating community with many different types of boating enthusiasts such as fishing, sailing, recreational, cruising, rescue, cabin and racing boats. Please join us for some outdoor marine fun at Sylvan Beach.”

Sylvan and Verona Beaches are nestled on the eastern shore of Oneida Lake with over a mile of sandy beaches, large parks and activities. Sylvan Beach is a resort community offering a full array of fun activities for every season. The lake is a popular location for walleye and bass fishing, boating, and swimming in the warmer months.
