ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Matthew W. Houghtalen, 42, of Camillus, Onondaga County, was picked up on two separate arrest warrants on Oct, 2, one for second-degree harassment and the other for second-degree strangulation and second-degree harassment.

• Jack B. Strail, 27, of Oneida, was charged on Oct. 2 with third and fourth-degree mischief.

• Andrew Mecke, 39, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 1 for second-degree trespass.
