State police report recent arrests

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:

• Malcolm J. Walker, 32, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Marcy 16 with second-degree assault.

• Emma M. Armitage, 21, of Richmondville, Schoharie County, was charged in Cold Brook on May 18 with second-degree menacing.

• Dino J. Hluska, 45, of Rome, was charged in Annsville on May 18 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Christopher R. Phelps, 25, of Lee Center, was charged in Lee on May 19 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• A 17-year-old boy, from Richfield Springs, was charged on May 16 in Warren with one count of fourth-degree mischief.

• Daro C. Weilburg, 69, of Munnsville, was charged in Stockbridge on May 17 with two counts of second-degree contempt.

• Taira Cortes, 25, of Chittenango, was charged on May 16 in Sullivan with two counts each of second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Mark A. Houghtaling, 34, of Mechanicville, was charged on May 15 in Mannheim with third-degree grand larceny.

• Cameron J. Lawyer, 32, of Westdale, was charged on May 16 in Annsville with fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Brian P. O’Donnell, 63, of Syracuse, was charged on May 15 in Cazenovia with second-degree contempt.

• Jakob V. Abel, 24, of Oneida, was charged on May 16 in Stockbridge with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Stanley V. Jacewicz, 47, of Salisbury Center, was charged on May 14 in Salisbury with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• William P. Larkin, 47, of Rome, was charged on May 15 in Rome with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Bryan N. Stanford, 41, of Cazenovia, was charged on May 15 in Cazenovia with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Laicee R. Campbell, 40, was charged on May 13 in Verona with third-degree burglary and petty larceny.
