State police announce recent arrests

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:

• Aaron J. Choquette, 28, of Camden, was charged in Florence on April 27 with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Joshua D. Montes Banegas, 19, of Dolgeville, was charged in Herkimer on April 28 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Hanna M. Lilley, 31, of Cleveland, Oswego County, was charged in Camden on April 27 with second-degree trespass.

• George H. Howe, 54, of Oneida, was charged in Eaton on April 27 with petty larceny.

• Matthew C. Borek, 26, of Herkimer, was charged in Newport on April 26 with driving while intoxicated.

• Jenna L. Smith, 37, of St. Johnsville, Montgomery County, was charged in Salisbury on April 18 with driving while intoxicated.

• Artem V. Glushko, 30, of Virginia, was charged in German Flatts on April 25 with driving while intoxicated.

• Aimee L. Paddock, 26, of Nelson, was charged in De Ruyter on April 24 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Ronald J. Smith, 60, of Herkimer, was charged in Herkimer on April 22 with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

• Gina M. Reinhardt, 54, of Prospect, was charged in Boonville on April 22 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Ryan P. Clement, 36, of Carthage, Jefferson County, was charged in Webb on April 21 with petty larceny.

• Steven M. Berry, 42, of Morrisville, was charged in Eaton on April 21 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
