ROME — Author Donna Burch will discuss her most recent novels at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6 at Jervis Public Library, 613 North Washington St.

She will also share how she became an author, one of the most important things she placed on her “bucket list” throughout her life. Copies of her books will be for sale and Burch will be available for book signings after the program.

Her newest novels are the first two books in her Spy Trilogy, “Once in a Lifetime Spies” and “The Family Life of Spies.” They follow the adventures of Isabella and Elizabeth, college roommates and best friends who yearn for glamour and adventure and unexpectedly find themselves in the exciting, perilous world of espionage. As danger grows, they begin to question the choices they’ve made.

Burch is currently working on the third book in the Spy Trilogy and has published 18 books over the past two years. She worked in the financial market for more than 26 years as an investigator, bank manager, department supervisor and assistant vice president. Burch also worked as the director of development for a local rescue mission and has volunteered in the community for many not-for-profit organizations including membership on boards and committees.

In addition to being an author and retired banking industry professional, she is an acrylic artist and instructor who has sold many paintings.

No registration is required for this free program. For more information, contact the library at 315-336-4570.
