SNAPSHOT: Raising the Irish flag at Utica City Hall
LEADING THE WAY — Bagpiper Dr. Daniel Murphy leads Mayor Robert Palmieri and Colleen Kain Martin, the grand marshal of the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Utica, as they head out of Utica City Hall and toward’s the flag pole as they prepare to hoist the Irish flag on Wednesday afternoon.
