SNAPSHOT: Police respond to wires down in Rome
Rome Police control the scene after a passing tractor trailer pulled down utility wires on Cypress Street shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday. Authorities said the nearby Rome Catholic High School was temporarily without power. National Grid responded to the scene to fix the downed wires.
