SNAPSHOT: Lake Delta Kiwanis Club, MVHS, NAACP host community gathering

COMMUNITY PROJECT — The Lake Delta Kiwanis Club, in conjunction with with the Mohawk Valley Health System and the Rome Branch of the NAACP, hosted a breakfast informational gathering at the Zion Church on Sunday. Members of the club prepared and served a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Rome Branch President Jackie Nelson, right, hosted the event along with members from the MVHS. Free COVID-19 test kits were distributed to guests and a blood pressure screening and information on heart disease causes and symptoms was also provided.
