The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Madison, Herkimer, Oneida and Lewis counties:

• Brian A. Jagodzinski, 61, of Buffalo, was charged in Trenton on Feb. 2 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without an interlock device.

• Caroline R. Flint, 30, of Mohawk, was charged in Ilion on Feb. 2 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Matthew J. Maxfield, 43, of Oneida, was charged in Verona on Feb. 1 with second-degree mischief.

• An 18-year-old from Utica was charged in Newport on Jan. 31 with one count of first-degree criminal sexual act.

• John E. Cloutier, 62, of Ilion, was charged in Ilion on Jan. 31 with two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

• Antonio J. Tucker, 23, of Syracuse, was charged in Hamilton on Jan. 31 with two counts each of second-degree possession of a weapon, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and aggravated criminal possession of a weapon.

• Chad M. Andrews, 23, of Rome, was charged in Floyd on Jan. 28 with third-degree identity theft, first-degree contempt and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Dakota M. Nolan, 36, of Utica, was charged in Yorkville on Jan. 28 with driving while intoxicated.

• Evan D. Pawluk, 40, of Herkimer, was charged in Salisbury on Jan. 29 with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated and operating a snowmobile with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Rusty S. Hayes, 33, of Cleveland, was charged in Vienna on Jan. 28 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Dylan R. Snyder, 21, of Oneida Castle, was charged in Vernon on Jan. 28 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Susan Seely, 59, of Oneida, was charged in Vernon on Jan. 28 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Chanelle M. Berrus, 25, of Lowville, was charged in Harrisburg on Jan. 28 with driving while intoxicated.

• A 13-year-old from Utica was charged in Marcy on Jan. 27 with second-degree sex abuse.

• George E. Blackshear, 73, of Cold Brook, was charged in Ohio on Jan. 27 with third-degree possession of a weapon.

• William J. Noviscky, 37, of Camden, was charged in Annsville on Jan. 27 with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree mischief.

• Cain C. Gaines, 35, of Cazenovia, was charged in Nelson on Jan. 27 with second-degree trespass.

• Dylan R. Snyder, 21, of Oneida Castle, was charged in Vernon on Jan. 28 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
