Sangertown Square welcomes families for spring break events, activities

NEW HARTFORD — Sangertown Square has announced extended hours at select venues and several activities geared for children for spring break:

-On Wednesday, children can enjoy the Eggs-travaganza Egg Hunt from 1 to 3 p.m. by bringing their Easter baskets and searching for eggs throughout the mall.

During the event families can interact with the various vendors in Center Court including Mohawk Valley Community Action and Jefferson – Lewis BOCES. Children are welcome to visit with the Easter Bunny during the event. 

To guarantee a visit and purchase a photo, reservations are recommended. Space is limited and pre-registration is required at Sangertown.com to participate in the egg hunt.

-On Thursday, the Cub Scouts will be in Center Court from noon to 4 p.m. Families will find information regarding Cub Scouts and how to register. A local pack from Mohawk will be on hand, hosting various games and activities for kids to play for free.

-PiNZ will be open at noon each day during sprint break. Families can reserve bowling lanes ahead of time. Families can buy two bowling games and receive a $10 arcade card during Sunday Funday on Easter, April 17.

-Billy Beez will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday. It will be closed on Sunday, as will the mall itself, in observance of the Easter holiday.

Select venues will be open on Sunday, and mall officials recommended calling ahead to confirm holiday hours.
