NEW HARTFORD — Sangertown Square has announced the opening of Stella Salon. Locally owned and operated by Joanne Foley, Stella Salon is a full-service hair salon located in the Target Wing next to DSW.

Foley, the announcement said, has more than 30 years of experience and the salon will specialize in creative hair color, skin fades, inverted bobs and other services.

Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome. Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
