ROME — The Rome Chapter NAACP is teaming up with the Rome Family YMCA, 301 W. Bloomfield St., and Rite Aid to offer flu shots and COVID boosters on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The event will be held at the Rome Y from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Those interested can call 315-271-7703. Do not call the YMCA, as this event is organized by the Rome NAACP.  Those who participate will need to bring insurance information.  

MVHS and the Center's for Nurses and Navigators will also be there to screen blood pressures and provide COVID education. Excellus BlueCross BlueShield will be there with insurance information.
