ROME — The City of Rome Parks and Recreation Department will have adult hockey at Kennedy Arena on a weekly basis for the 2022-23 season.

Kennedy Arena will host both Adult Skate-n-Shoot and Adult Pick-up until mid-March. Both programs are open to anyone over the age of 19, regardless of residency.

Adult Skate-n-Shoot is every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Skates, helmet, gloves and a stick are required. Adult Pick-up is Thursdays from 9:45 to 10:45 p.m. and Sundays from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Full hockey equipment is required.

Times of these events are subject to change based on the schedule of other events at Kennedy Arena.

Each session is $5 at the door and season passes can be purchased, which includes both Adult Skate-n-Shoot and Adult Pick-up programs, for $50. Prior to the first session, a waiver must be signed with an arena employee.
