SERVICE AWARDS — The winners of the Rome Sports Hall of Fame Frank Clark Service Award are Terry Cawl and Tim Hogan. Cawl was honored for her involvement in Cub Scouts, Little League and youth hockey. Hogan was honored for his involvement with the Rome Youth Hockey Association.
