Rome Rotary supports Rome Rescue Mission's Annual Thanksgiving Meal Program

ROTARY SUPPORT — Rome Rotary’s Kris Dombeck, right, presents a cash donation to Lisa Patierno of the Rome Rescue Mission in support of the agency’s Annual Thanksgiving Meal Program. In addition to the cash donation, Rome’s Rotarians donated 27 turkeys and more than 150 pounds of other foods and deserts. During December, the Rome Rotary Club will be donating new Blankets for Veterans in Need. Kris-Tech Wire has donated of $250 toward the program. Rotary is asking the community to join the effort by dropping off new blankets at 1605 N. George St. Donations can also be sent to Rotary Club of Rome, Post Office Box 655, Rome, New York, 13442-065.
