RFA hockey squad blanked on road by West Genesee


CAMILLUS — The Rome Free Academy hockey team was shut out in a 4-0 road loss by West Genesee on Tuesday night at Shove Park in a Division I contest.

The Wildcats scored three times in the first period, then held the Black Knights at bay while scoring once in the third period.

RFA’s Isaiah Nebush made 33 saves in the loss.

The Black Knights are back in action at 7 p.m. Friday at Kennedy Arena against Cazenovia.
