Oneida Police Department arrests, July 6 to July 10

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following arrests:

• Matthew W. Houghtalen, 42, of Camillus, Onondaga County, was charged on July 10 with third-degree trespass, resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree harassment.

• John A. Durr, 26, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on July 10 for petty larceny.

• Karen M. Mason, 59, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on July 10 for petty larceny.

• Patricia M. Lawrence, 42, of Durhamville, was issued an appearance ticket on July 9 for petty larceny.

• Daniel P. Relyea, 35, of Oneida, was charged on July 9 with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of felony aggravated family offense.

• Jared S. Jakubowski, 29, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on July 8 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Jakubowski was also picked up on seven different bench warrants for failing to appear in court on other charges.

• Bradley L. Davis Jr., 26, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on July 8 for second-degree harassment.

• Matthew Lucieer, 44, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on July 8 for second-degree harassment.

• John A. Francis, 56, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on July 7 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Brian P. Grems, 37, of Durhamville, was picked up on an arrest warrant on July 7 for petty larceny.

• Daniel P. Relyea, 35, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on July 6 for second-degree trespass and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Nicole M. Bornschein, 33, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on July 6 for second-degree trespass.

• Andrea C. Venturi, 29, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on July 6 for petty larceny.

• Trisha N. Lightcap, 38, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on July 6 for petty larceny.

• Jill D. Tuten, 48, of Vernon Center, was issued appearance ticket on July 6 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and uninspected motor vehicle.

• William D. Burton, 64, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on July 6 for two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and petty larceny.
