Remsen FFA attends state convention
REMSEN — Remsen FFA members attended the 98th annual New York State FFA Convention May 19 in Buffalo.
Students actively participated in workshops, the Agriscience Fair and the Food Science Contest. They had a great time competing and making new friends from across the state and offered special thanks to the Adirondack FFA chapter for keeping them company on the long trip plus a shoutout to their wonderful bus drivers who ensured their safe trip to Buffalo.
The Food Science Team included Burke Gates, Wyatt Ehart and Zach Geer.
Trent Jenny presented “Noxious Neighbors” and Jackson LaBella and Jimmy Lehman their own “Project Wind Power” in the Agriscience Fair.
Riley Horn participated in Leadership Development Workshops.
