Remsen can’t keep pace with New York Mills in home loss


The Remsen boys basketball squad fell to New York Mills, 64-56, at home on Monday night in a Center State Conference contest.

The teams battled to an 8-8 tie after one quarter, then the Marauders established a nine-point lead by the half. New York Mills held off the Rams with a close second half for the win.

Remsen had three players in double figures — Hunter Jones with 15, Isiah Furman-Houck with 12 and Adam Jones with 10.
