Reckless driving, harassment among recent arrests in Oneida

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Joshua J. Parkhurst, 30, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Dec. 13 for reckless driving, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• David J. Bouyea, 52, of Canastota, was issued a criminal summons on Dec. 18 for second-degree harassment.

• Trinadee A. Horne, 20, of Syracuse, was issued an appearance ticket on Dec. 17 for petty larceny.

• A 16-year-old male from Oneida was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Dec. 16 for fourth-degree mischief.

• Shelby G. Babcock, 31, of Syracuse, was picked on Dec. 15 on two arrest warrants for third-degree burglary.

• David A. Graff, 38, of Canastota, was charged on Dec. 15 with fourth-degree grand larceny.

• A 15-year-old male from Oneida was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Dec. 14 for making a terroristic threat.

• A 16-year-old male from Oneida was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Dec. 14 for fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree possession of stolen property and criminal sale of a firearm.
