ONEIDA — A public hearing will be held at the city’s Common Council meeting on a proposed local law regarding abandoned shopping carts at its Tuesday meeting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Kallet Civic Center, 159 Main St.

Authorize Mayor Helen Acker to sign a lease agreement with Elise Allen DBA - The Market at Oneida Commons for a seasonal weekend outdoor craft and vendor market.
Award tree contract to Dom’s Tree Service, 101 Harbor Rd., Port Washington, NY 11050 as the low bidder for city tree and trimming services.
Receive and place on file a liquor license application from Fuji Hibachi Sushi Asian Bistro Inc., 2184 Glenwood Shopping Plaza, Oneida, NY.
