The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Madison and Herkimer counties:

• Jason J. Fox, 23, of Little Falls, was charged in Manheim on July 28 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Kelly J. Seigler, 40, of Rome, was charged in Floyd on July 27 with three counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree contempt.

• Shawn M. Sweet, 36, of Canajoharie, was charged in Danube on July 27 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Sweet was additionally charged in a separate incident in German Flatts with third-degree trespass and fourth-degree mischief.

• Matthew R. Mowers, 38, of Ilion, was charged in German Flatts on July 27 with third-degree trespass.

• Mitchell J. Freer, 20, of Taberg, was charged in Annsville on July 27 with fourth-degree mischief and first-degree contempt.

• Allison T. Moorehead, 31, of Marcy, was charged in Verona on July 26 with driving while intoxicated and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Irene E. Ladlee, 47, no address available, was charged in Brookfield on July 25 with fourth-degree mischief and second-degree contempt.

• John V. Palmisano, 40, of Moraine, Ohio, was charged in Sullivan on July 25 with one count of second-degree possession of a weapon.

• John M. Osborne, 43, of Cazenovia, was charged in Camden on July 24 with fifth-degree arson and second-degree contempt.

• Angie M. Santana, 45, of Frankfort, was charged on July 23 in Schuyler with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Sheila M. Waldron, 65, of Blossvale, was charged in Vienna on July 23 with providing false information.

• Benjamin M. Kraeger, 26, of Poland, was charged on July 23 in Ohio with driving while intoxicated.

• Austin A. Crawford, 22, of Oxford, was charged on July 23 in Lebanon with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
