The 18-year-old Warrant of the Week has been taken into custody by Rome Police.
Authorities said Tyler J. Jones, of Blossvale, was taken into custody on two open bench warrants out of Rome City Court for a charge of second-degree contempt. Authorities said Jones had been charged and failed to show up for court appearances.
Rome Police said they received several tips on Jones after he was announced as Warrant of the Week. Jones was sent to county jail on Monday on one count each of second-degree contempt and second-degree harassment, according to jail records.
He is scheduled to answer the warrants in City Court.
