Police say pair of juveniles made repeated threats at school

VILLAGE OF FRANKFORT — Two juveniles have been charged with the two recent threats at Frankfort-Schuyler Jr.-Sr. High School, according to law enforcement officials.

Police and school officials said threats were found written on bathroom walls at the high school on Oct. 2 and 3.

The building was evacuated during the first incident and students were dismissed early, while the second incident was investigated without an evacuation.

Both threats were found to not be credible, officials said.

Following an investigation, police said two juveniles were charged in connection to the two threats.

The identities of the juveniles were not released due to their young ages.

Police said both juveniles were charged with one count of making a terroristic threat, a class D felony.

The juveniles are scheduled to appear before Herkimer County Family Court.
