ROME — A 30-year-old man is accused of smashing a window with a tree branch at Park Drive Manor II, according to the Rome Police Department.

Police said Lorenzo Dugger, of Rome, was involved in a domestic dispute with a woman at her Park Drive Manor II home at about 3 p.m. Sunday. Police said Dugger swung a tree branch at a dining room window, causing the window to shatter.

Dugger is charged with one count of fourth-degree mischief, police said. He is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court.
