A Rome man is accused of breaking into the home of his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend on Kossuth Street, according to law enforcement officials.
Police said David J. Pizon, 35, of Rome, broke a front window and entered the Kossuth Street home of his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend at about 11:06 p.m. Friday. Police said the victim was asleep at the time.
Police said the cellar door was also damaged.
Pizon is charged with one count each of felony second-degree burglary and fourth-degree mischief, police stated. He is scheduled to appear in City Court.
