Rome police raise funds with No Shave November
NO-SHAVE NOVEMBER — The Rome Police Department has raised $2,310 for the Rome Rescue Mission through its annual No-Shave November fundraiser event. Officers were allowed to grow beards and mustaches as part of the fundraiser. Facial hair is normally against department regulations. Matthew Miller, executive director of the Rome Rescue Mission, center, accepted the check from a fuzzy-faced Chief Kevin C. Beach.
