The city Planning Board will hear public comment and review plans for the subdivision of a south Rome property in its meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 198 N. Washington St.
The property, located on the north side of Henry Street’s 500 block, sits across the street from the former Rome Cable site.
The Owl Wire complex sits on the property, adjacent to an empty lot.
Before the board is a proposal to split the 5.78 acre lot in two, according to city documents. Board members will hear public comment on the measure before seeing the project’s “preliminary plat review,” according to board agenda.
