ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Harley D. Forbes, 32, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 7 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Laura A. Roberson, 36, of Utica, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Oct. 6 for petty larceny.

• Kristi L. Anderson, 28, of Blossvale, was issued an appearance ticket on Oct. 6 for petty larceny.

• Caine D. Winder, 33, of Syracuse, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Oct. 6 for fourth-degree mischief.
