ONEIDA — A quantity of crystal methamphetamine was seized from an apartment in Madison County Friday morning, with two residents in custody, according to officials with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s deputies said a drug raid was conducted on one apartment at 256 Main St. in Oneida Friday morning, following a lengthy investigation into drug sales from the residence.
Deputies said 5.8 ounces of crystal meth and 1.4 ounces of MDPV were seized from the apartment.
Residents Albin Manthey, 58, and Kelly Free, 53, were taken into custody on one count each of second, third, fourth, fifth and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, deputies said.
