A man and woman are both facing charges following a confrontation with a downstairs neighbor last month, according to law enforcement officials.
Police said the neighbor at a residence in the 400 block of W. Court St. heard a commotion upstairs at about 5:50 p.m. Nov. 25 and went to investigate.
When she arrived at the upstairs apartment, police said the woman got into an argument with a female resident, Angel K. Aldrich, 31.
Police said the male resident, Jarrott E. Connelly-Marino, 39, then choked the downstairs neighbor for a brief period.
Connelly-Marino and Aldrich then left the apartment, police said, and Aldrich broke a window on the way out. Warrants were issued for the pair.
Police said Aldrich was charged on Dec. 6 with one count of fourth-degree mischief, and Connelly-Marino was charged on Tuesday with criminal obstruction of breathing.
They are both scheduled to appear in City Court, according to the law enforcers.
